We live in Fresno, but I’m on a two week work assignment in Los Angeles. We wanted to see the Newport beach at sunset and that didn’t disappoint. We read the reviews on the beach and the restaurant. Neither disappointed us and we had a wonderful time. The salmon ???? wasn’t cooked the way we liked it so the recooked it to our liking and brought new sides atop of the ones we already ate. We had enough for the next day and the service and atmosphere were very memorable. I’d highly recommend this place if you want an excellent restaurant experience.

Wonderful vibe- super bougie . Food is clean and yummy. We always sit at the bar/ bar top tables. Good viewing space to watch older me try to catch younger women. Shrimp cocktail was delicious, love the seasonal artichoke, ribs were really delicious but heavy.

Any Hillstone concept defaults to 5 stars for me. This location is no different. Outside seating on a beautiful June night - can’t beat it. Try the fish sandwich and feta green peppers.

Wonderful meal in an elegant and relaxed environment. Sat at the bar and the bartender was professional in all interactions with me and other guests. Ordered an old fashioned, and trout dish and both were delicious. Service was prompt and without fault. The lighting inside the restaurant and bar we perfect and made a difference in the experience. Recommended spot. Thank you.

Rarely give 5 Stars but just plain deserving here. Bar very cool. Very fresh Oysters tonight and superb presentation. The wedge salad had soooo much blue cheese I was shocked! Great job and wait Staff worked as a team.

One of the best spots in all of Orange County and truly one of the most favored scenes in all of Newport Beach. The seasonal artichoke is incredible and the smoked trout is a go-to as a starter. The salmon is always cooked perfectly and the New Orleans Barbecue Shrimp is delicious, you can’t go wrong with any choice on the menu!

It was as always, very pleasant and delicious! The weather cooperated and made it a beautiful night. Highly recommended! The smoked salmon appetizer is so delicious and plenty to share with others.

Very limited menu with kale in almost all the dishes. The crab cakes are only available at the beginning of the week. The Cuban sandwich is the best, the fry's are just plain. The chopped salad is very good. As expected the plating is perfect, the service was excellent and the ambiance is relaxing. Indoor and outdoor seating as well as bar seating. Parking is in a large shared lot. Business casual is expected dress.

Start with a cocktail and the honey biscuits (we only ordered 2. Amateur move...) "The Duke" was an excellent entree. Filet mignon with mashed potatoes and broccoli.
